Beauty As I Saw

Beauty That I Met

In the heart of desolation, grew the expectations of hope.

In my belly was a seed of Love, joy, peace, patience.

Kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control

at an appointed time, cut a new soul’s first cry,

great worship swept through the atmosphere.

Restoring an identity. My true destiny, my crown

There was beauty in child birth.

Beauty of creation.

Into the mud. God put his spirit.

The wind made the baby’s small lungs to open

Into a call of praise.

Innocence is beautiful

Beauty is like a sunflower

“this is a preterm birth” whispered pessimism

tormenting my soul. ‘summoning’ the horns of past failure to roost.

‘break into shouting my beloved, seven are the children of the barren. Shall I give to birth and not cause to bring forth?’ said the LORD.

In my arms was: a masterpiece, sewn in a small body, and swaddled for my keeping.

Victory is beautiful

Beauty is God’s word in flesh.

When the drum of war resounded

I became a covid19 frontline warrior,

false courageousness stood covered in suits,

to face the world’s scariest death sentence.

Through palpitations and reckoning, we traced for our purpose.

Each free breath is beautiful.

There is beauty in serving to save lives.

Beauty is every soul we bring closer to GOD’S kingdom.

Beauty is glorious

GOD is beautiful and so are we.
